Become more you.
Have you ever felt like you’re not quite all of you?
Like there are parts of you that are hidden.
Parts you doubt.
Parts you wish you could trust more.
Parts of yourself you know are there — but somehow don’t get to show up in your life.
Maybe you know who you are, but you’re not always showing up as the person you know you can be.
Maybe you want to feel more confident.
More connected.
More yourself.
Maybe you want your teenager to feel that way too.
Because underneath the stress, the overwhelm, the conflict, the overthinking or the shutting down, there’s usually something that matters.
More connection.
More confidence.
More freedom.
More ease.
More understanding.
More of the person you know is in there.
That’s where I come in.
I help teens, parents and adults understand what’s really going on beneath the surface — and reconnect with the parts of themselves that can help them move forward.
Through curiosity, insight, somatic coaching and practical tools, we create space for something different to become possible.
Not becoming someone else.
Becoming more you
Imagine if...
You understood your teenager without every conversation turning into a battle.
You knew what was really going on beneath their behaviour — and knew how to respond.
Your home felt calmer, with more connection and less walking on eggshells.
You stopped taking everything so personally.
Your teenager trusted themselves enough to make their own decisions.
You could handle the hard moments without losing yourself in them.
You felt more confident in who you are — and more able to show up as yourself.
You could see possibilities where you once felt stuck.
You had more choice in how you thought, felt and responded.
What if there’s more available to you than you think?
More confidence.
More connection.
More calm.
More choice.
More of you.
You don’t need to become someone different.
You may simply need a little help finding your way back to yourself.
There’s usually a reason.
The way we think, feel and respond makes sense.
Our reactions, patterns, habits and behaviours develop for reasons. Sometimes they once helped us cope, belong, protect ourselves or get through something difficult. But what helped us then doesn't always help us now.
That doesn't mean something is wrong with you.
It means there may be something worth getting curious about.
Together, we can explore what’s happening beneath the surface, uncover the resources already within you, and create more choice in how you think, feel and respond.
You don't have to know exactly what's wrong before you begin.
That's part of what we'll discover together
What could change?
Maybe you want your teenager to...
feel more confident in themselves
manage big emotions and stressful situations
stop getting caught in overthinking
handle friendship and school pressures
understand themselves better
trust their own decisions
feel more comfortable being themselves
Maybe you want to...
understand your teenager instead of constantly wondering what's going on
respond rather than react
feel calmer when things become difficult
stop carrying everyone else's emotional load
communicate without every conversation becoming a battle
reconnect with yourself outside of being a parent
Or maybe you're an adult who wants to...
feel more like yourself again
understand why you keep getting stuck in the same patterns
build confidence and self-trust
stop overthinking everything
create healthier boundaries
move through change with more clarity
reconnect with the parts of yourself you've lost touch with
Wherever you’re starting from, the goal isn't to become someone different.
It's to have more access to who you already are.
How I can help
I work with teens, parents and adults who want to understand themselves better, create more choice, and feel more able to navigate life as themselves.
Every person is different, so there isn't a one-size-fits-all formula.
Our work might involve conversation, curiosity, body awareness, movement, breath, NLP, Enneagram, or practical tools you can use in everyday life.
The approach changes depending on you and what you need.
What stays the same is the intention:
To help you understand what's happening, reconnect with your own resources, and discover what becomes possible when you have more choice.
Meet Amber
Hi, I'm Amber.
I'm a Personal Insight Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, somatic wellbeing practitioner and yoga teacher — and I'm fascinated by what makes people tick.
I'm particularly interested in the space between what we know and how we actually show up.
Because knowing what to do isn't always enough.
Sometimes we need to understand what is happening beneath the surface before something can genuinely shift.
I'm also a mum of three boys, and I've lived the reality of family life, changing identities, putting everyone else first and eventually realising I needed to find my way back to myself too.
I don't believe people need fixing.
I believe people are worth understanding.
What clients say

“Thanks to Amber I am able to better understand other people’s perspectives. I’m calmer, more open, and my relationships have improved immensely.”
Amelia, parent
“The benefits from these sessions have impacted every part of my life. I was able to move past some stuck and limiting beliefs and move forward freely with clarity.”
Eric, IT professional

One-to-One Coaching
60 minutes
For teenagers, parents and adults
$245One person. One conversation. Your starting point.
Sometimes you don't need a whole program.
You just need somewhere to put everything that's swirling around in your head, someone who can help you see what's happening from a different perspective, and some practical ways forward.
A one-to-one session gives us space to focus on what matters to you right now.
You might come because you're:
feeling overwhelmed or stuck
struggling with confidence or self-trust
overthinking or caught in unhelpful patterns
navigating change or uncertainty
having difficulty with relationships or communication
trying to understand your teenager
wanting to support your teenager without constantly clashing
feeling disconnected from yourself
simply knowing that something needs to shift
There is no requirement to arrive with a perfectly defined problem.
We start where you are.
What we might explore
Your session could involve:
understanding what's happening beneath a reaction or behaviour
noticing patterns that keep repeating
exploring thoughts, emotions and body responses
building confidence and self-trust
finding ways to respond rather than react
identifying resources you already have
creating more choice around how you move forward
developing practical tools you can use in everyday life
I draw from coaching, NLP, somatic practices, breath, movement and other approaches depending on what is useful for you.
And sometimes, we walk.
If you're a teenager — or an adult — who finds it easier to think, talk and process while moving, we can take your session outside.
Walk 'n' Grow isn't a separate program. It's simply another way we can do one-to-one coaching.
For suitable local clients, sessions can take place on a walk in Melbourne's east, rather than sitting across from each other.
Sometimes a change of scenery is all it takes to make a conversation feel different.

Four-Session Coaching Journey
For teenagers, parents and adults
$900When you're ready to give something room to change.
One session can give you insight.
Four sessions give us the opportunity to notice, explore, experiment and build.
The Four-Session Coaching Journey is for when you know there is something you'd like to work on and you'd like support beyond a single conversation.
Together, we'll identify what's important to you, explore what's getting in the way, and work towards the changes you want to make.
There is no rigid program to follow.
Your four sessions are shaped around your goals, your experience and what emerges along the way.
This might be useful if you want to:
build confidence and self-trust
understand and shift a recurring pattern
navigate a period of change
manage overwhelm or emotional reactivity
improve communication and relationships
support your teenager through a challenging period
understand yourself or your teenager more deeply
reconnect with yourself after putting everyone else first
turn insight into practical change
For parents and teens
Sometimes the person who needs support isn't the only person affected.
A Four-Session Journey can be tailored around a parent and teenager, with individual sessions for each of you and, where appropriate, space to bring the learning back into the relationship.
The goal isn't to decide who's right.
It's to create more understanding, more choice and more possibility for both of you.
For teens
Sessions can be adapted to suit your teenager's age, personality and interests.
For some young people, that might mean sitting down and talking.
For others, it might mean moving, walking, drawing, using practical exercises or simply having someone outside the family who is genuinely curious about their experience.

Interactive Workshops
Meaningful learning happens through experience.
Sometimes you don't need one-to-one coaching. You need the right conversation at the right time.
My workshops create a different kind of space to explore the things that can be difficult to navigate alone.
They're practical, interactive and designed to give you something you can actually take away and use.
Coming up:
OWN YOUR WAY
A one-day workshop for teens to discover their strengths, find their voice and explore what’s possible.
For teenagers aged 13–17 who might be struggling to find their way — at school, with friends, at home or simply within themselves.
OWN YOUR WAY is a practical, interactive day designed to help young people step out of the noise and get curious about themselves: what matters to them, what they're good at, what's getting in the way and what other possibilities might exist.
Through stories, movement, conversation and hands-on experiments, we'll explore confidence, communication, self-awareness, perspective and choice — without the pressure to have their future figured out.
No lectures. No fixing. No “believe in yourself” speeches. Just space to discover what's already there and see what might be possible from here.
Ages 13–17 · Oakleigh · One day · Small group
Let’s explore what’s possible.
No two sessions are the same.
Some begin with conversation. Others might involve movement, breath, reflection, metaphor, or simply paying attention to what’s happening in the moment.
There’s no formula to follow and no one-size-fits-all answer.
Together, we’ll get curious about what’s happening, understand yourself more deeply, and explore what might become possible when you have more choice in how you think, feel, respond and relate.
Ready to explore?
Schedule a free 15-minute Clarity Call.
You already have what you need.
It might not feel like it right now.
Beneath the noise, the pressure and the self-doubt, there is often more going on than we can see from the surface.
Whether you’re a teenager finding your way, a parent navigating family life, or simply moving through a season of change, we can get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface — and discover what’s already there.
Because sometimes the thing we’re looking for isn’t something we need to find.
It’s something we need to notice.
