Work With Me.
You don't need to become someone else.
You might just need a little space to become more you.
Maybe you're feeling stuck.
Maybe your teenager is struggling and you don't know how to help.
Maybe you're constantly reacting to the same situations and wondering, Why does this keep happening?
Maybe you know what you want to change, but knowing isn't quite enough to make it happen.
Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong — you just have a sense that there's more of you available, and you're ready to explore it.
That's where coaching can help.
My work is about getting curious about what's happening beneath the surface, understanding the patterns that shape how you think, feel and respond, and discovering more choice in how you move through life.
There isn't one right way to do that.
We start with you.
Ways to work with me
There are three ways we can work together.
You can come for one focused session, commit to a four-session journey, or join one of my practical workshops.
And within your coaching sessions, we can work in the way that suits you — whether that's sitting down together, working online, or, for the right person, taking the conversation outside for a walk.
What can we work on?
You don't have to arrive with a diagnosis, a label or a perfectly articulated goal.
You might simply know:
“I don't want things to keep feeling like this.”
We can explore things such as:
Confidence + self-trust
Feeling more comfortable with who you are, trusting your decisions and becoming less dependent on external approval.
Stress + overwhelm
Understanding what happens when things feel too much and developing more options for responding.
Relationships + communication
Seeing yourself and other people differently, understanding patterns and finding new ways to connect.
Parenting + connection
Understanding what might be happening beneath your teenager's behaviour and finding ways to respond that support connection rather than conflict.
Change + uncertainty
Finding your footing when life is shifting and you're not quite sure what's next.
Feeling stuck
Getting curious about the patterns, beliefs and responses that keep you going around in circles.
Becoming more you
Reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have become hidden, quiet or overshadowed by everything else.
What does coaching with me actually look like?
There isn't a script.
Sometimes we talk.
Sometimes we slow down and notice what's happening in your body.
Sometimes we move.
Sometimes we laugh.
Sometimes we get very practical.
Sometimes one small question opens up a completely different way of seeing something.
I may draw on NLP, somatic coaching, breathwork, yoga, Enneagram and other tools, but you don't need to understand any of those approaches before you come.
You don't have to learn my methods.
I'll use what is useful to help you understand yourself.
Not sure which option is right for you?
That's okay.
You don't need to choose perfectly.
If you're curious about coaching but aren't sure whether a one-off session or four-session journey is right for you, start with a one-to-one session.
We'll explore what's happening, what matters to you and what you'd like to be different.
From there, you can decide whether you'd like to continue.
No pressure. No obligation to commit to a package.
Just a place to start.
Ready to become more you?
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You don't need to know exactly what needs to change.
You just need to be curious enough to start exploring.
Let's see what's possible.
1:1 Session

For teenagers, parents and adults

One-to-One Coaching
One person. One conversation. Your starting point.
Sometimes you don't need a whole program.
You just need somewhere to put everything that's swirling around in your head, someone who can help you see what's happening from a different perspective, and some practical ways forward.
A one-to-one session gives us space to focus on what matters to you right now.
You might come because you're:
feeling overwhelmed or stuck
struggling with confidence or self-trust
overthinking or caught in unhelpful patterns
navigating change or uncertainty
having difficulty with relationships or communication
trying to understand your teenager
wanting to support your teenager without constantly clashing
feeling disconnected from yourself
simply knowing that something needs to shift
There is no requirement to arrive with a perfectly defined problem.
We start where you are.
What we might explore
Your session could involve:
understanding what's happening beneath a reaction or behaviour
noticing patterns that keep repeating
exploring thoughts, emotions and body responses
building confidence and self-trust
finding ways to respond rather than react
identifying resources you already have
creating more choice around how you move forward
developing practical tools you can use in everyday life
I draw from coaching, NLP, somatic practices, breath, movement and other approaches depending on what is useful for you.
And sometimes, we walk.
If you're a teenager — or an adult — who finds it easier to think, talk and process while moving, we can take your session outside.
Walk 'n' Grow isn't a separate program. It's simply another way we can do one-to-one coaching.
For suitable local clients, sessions can take place on a walk in Melbourne's east, rather than sitting across from each other.
Sometimes a change of scenery is all it takes to make a conversation feel different.

Four-Session Coaching Journey
When you're ready to give something room to change.
One session can give you insight.
Four sessions give us the opportunity to notice, explore, experiment and build.
The Four-Session Coaching Journey is for when you know there is something you'd like to work on and you'd like support beyond a single conversation.
Together, we'll identify what's important to you, explore what's getting in the way, and work towards the changes you want to make.
There is no rigid program to follow.
Your four sessions are shaped around your goals, your experience and what emerges along the way.
This might be useful if you want to:
build confidence and self-trust
understand and shift a recurring pattern
navigate a period of change
manage overwhelm or emotional reactivity
improve communication and relationships
support your teenager through a challenging period
understand yourself or your teenager more deeply
reconnect with yourself after putting everyone else first
turn insight into practical change
For parents and teens
Sometimes the person who needs support isn't the only person affected.
A Four-Session Journey can be tailored around a parent and teenager, with individual sessions for each of you and, where appropriate, space to bring the learning back into the relationship.
The goal isn't to decide who's right.
It's to create more understanding, more choice and more possibility for both of you.
For teens
Sessions can be adapted to suit your teenager's age, personality and interests.
For some young people, that might mean sitting down and talking.
For others, it might mean moving, walking, drawing, using practical exercises or simply having someone outside the family who is genuinely curious about their experience.

Meaningful learning happens through experience.
Workshops
Sometimes you don't need one-to-one coaching. You need the right conversation at the right time.
My workshops create a different kind of space to explore the things that can be difficult to navigate alone.
They're practical, interactive and designed to give you something you can actually take away and use.
Coming up:
OWN YOUR WAY
A one-day workshop for teens to discover their strengths, find their voice and explore what’s possible.
For teenagers aged 13–17 who might be struggling to find their way - at school, with friends, at home or simply within themselves.
OWN YOUR WAY is a practical, interactive day designed to help young people step out of the noise and get curious about themselves: what matters to them, what they're good at, what's getting in the way and what other possibilities might exist.
Through stories, movement, conversation and hands-on experiments, we'll explore confidence, communication, self-awareness, perspective and choice - without the pressure to have their future figured out.
No lectures. No fixing. No “believe in yourself” speeches. Just space to discover what's already there and see what might be possible from here.
